Account and profile

Creating an account stores a username, email address, and password. The password is stored only as a hash. Your profile can also store your name, phone number, and address. Payment card details are entered at checkout and are not saved to your profile.

Guest checkout

Checking out without an account stores the name, email address, phone number, and delivery address you enter, together with the order, delivery, and payment amount. The receipt stays available in the browser session that completed checkout. A signed-in customer can open receipts for orders linked to that account.

Contact and services

The contact form stores your name, email address, subject, and message so the shop can reply. A service request stores the property address, description, request date, and the contact details already on your account. Quotation emails are sent to the customer email address on the request and include the quotation amount and a link back to the account.

Cloudflare Turnstile

Sign-in and the contact form use Cloudflare Turnstile. The challenge token and your IP address are sent to Cloudflare over HTTPS to decide whether the form was submitted by a person. Sign-in is refused when that check fails, and repeated failures are slowed down.

Chat assistant

Eco Glow Assistant sends your current message and up to 10 recent user/assistant messages to DeepSeek via HTTPS using https://api.deepseek.com to generate responses.

Please do not enter credit card numbers, passwords, banking details, or other confidential secrets when using the assistant.

The DeepSeek API key is stored on the server and is not exposed to website visitors.

How long details are kept

Order, enquiry, and account records are kept so the shop can deliver goods, answer messages, and keep a record of payment amounts. This site does not publish a separate automatic deletion schedule. Use the contact form to ask about access to, or deletion of, the details held for your account or order.
